today was so interesting yes
went to the navy base with my dad to get a new ID (was supposed to go yesterday, but i guess their computer system is down) but that didn’t happen (the computers again heh). but instead we drove around the base and he told me that the great lakes base is the only one in the country that still has the boot camps. thats pretty cool. i guess his dad went there in the 1930′s when he was in the navy. woah~ navy~
we went to the commissary and the exchange and got a lot of cool stuff. including but not limited to: totally cutie pochacco earrings, a tuxedo sam dangle plushie, hello kitty booklet, spottie dottie key cover for jenny, hello kitty pen, deep pore cleanser, hawaiian macadamia nut chocolates, and so many cool and nice things. cool.
then we stopped at an oasis and i had a very good falafel sandwich!
i also ordered my Wind Waker crayfish sweater. sooooo looking forward to that.
i went to half price books as well! i got ms. lange a pearl jam photo book, a spice girls book for my sister, a book full of screen print band posters, In Utero, a couple Punk Planets, and a cool alien book!
speaking of my sister, i got my birthday package from her!! it was full of many funny pictures, she got me some MONKI brand things (how international!!!) and a nice card. love her.
tomorrow i hope to finally get to decorate and embroider some things. i want to find a jean jacket or maybe a new leather jacket. dunno.
welp i’m watching a show about the mafia today. freaky stuff!
